During an extensive career in business, I came to mindfulness as a way to cope with life’s many stresses and strains. What I discovered entirely changed my perspective and approach to life.
After years of practice I began to teach others, working within organisations and with individuals. I am fascinated by the potential of mindfulness and how it can support us in daily life.
I am a BAMBA registered teacher, following their Good Practice guidelines for on-going practice, and have recently graduated with a Distinction in an MsC in Mindfulness Based Approaches at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University.
